Voters in the U.K. will cast ballots June 23 on whether to leave the EU. Anybody in aerospace in the U.K., continental Europe and even the U.S. ought to be nervous. The effects would, of course, be worst in the U.K. Access to markets, capital, talent and R&D funding would become more difficult. Britain would face new tariffs.
