How difficult would it be to resume production of the F-22? Does the tooling still exist?
Doesn't the the Super Hornet suffer from the same issue as the original Hornet, lack of internal fuel storage?
They managed to fit them on carriers for the better part of 25 years. Don't see why they wouldn't fit now. And for what it is worth, their length and folded wingspan are about the same as a F/A-...
So it easier to rotate the drive shaft and prop instead of just rotating the entire power plant?
