Poll: Is Air New Zealand’s SkyNest Idea …?

Air New Zealand has developed a bunk-like sleeping pod product for economy class passengers that the carrier is considering introducing on long-haul flights.

The Skynest product comprises six lie-flat, single-person sleep pods, with three on each side. The idea is for multiple sleep sessions to be available on long-haul flights. Economy passengers would be able to book time in the pods, although passengers would be limited to one session each, an airline spokeswoman told Aviation Daily.
