Summary

A computer programmer originally, with a background in various non-aviation sectors for blue chip companies, Nigel started as an aviation data analyst in 1999, with BACK Aviation Solutions and has been following all aspects of aviation for almost 40 years. Through mergers and acquisitions, and via several years with OAG, Nigel joined Aviation Week in 2012 and is responsible for managing many of the databases used by a team spread across the UK and USA. 

As well as managing large volumes of data, Nigel is involved in the development of new and existing products, and delivery of content to internal and external customers, as well as developing the applications used by several in-house teams.
