Alaska wants exemption to operate seasonal Seattle-Mazatlan service

Alaska Airlines wants an exemption to operate weekly seasonal combination service between Seattle and Mazatlan, Mexico. The carrier wants to begin the Saturday service Nov. 6, using MD-83 aircraft, noting that the market receives no nonstop service by U.S. carriers. (Docket OST-99-6635)
