In this issue of the then monthly magazine titled Aviation, the section Flying Equipment, showcased two aircraft, the Wacos and the Kinner.

The Wacos Model C, a four place aircraft has two standard forms. The UKC and the YKC which differ "chiefly in power plant installation". 

The UKC carries the Continental R-670 engine rated 210 hp. at 2,000 r.p.m., while the YKC is fitted with the new Jacobs L-4 engine delivering 225 hp. at 2,000 r.p.m.

Fuselages and tail units are made of welded steel tubing, fabric covered. the wings have wooden spars, wooden ribs and are fabric covered. 

The next aircraft inspected was the Kinner which has a four place cabin.
