Upskilling MRO Staff

Established in 2023, Aircraft Academy is a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved training center that offers Part 145 training and upskilling to MRO industry professionals. It launched a new training center this month at Marcel Dassault Airport in Chateauroux, France, where it offers a mix of e-learning, classroom tasks and practical on-the-job training at the facilities of MRO provider Vallair. Aircraft Academy has been focused on developing relationships with Asia, and many of its current students are experienced aviation professionals inducted as part of a dedicated Asia program. This year it plans to begin offering a comprehensive training program that also includes Part 66 and Part 147 curriculum.
